I am pleased to announce that I received the 1st place award in the Watercolor category at the Texas & Neighbors Regional Art Exhibit!
The 2013 exhibit revealed 79 works of art, juried by Jill Pankey
from more than 500 submissions, created by artists living in the states of
Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana in the 28th Texas Regional
Art Exhibition presented
by the Irving Art Association and the Irving Arts
Center.
I also experienced my personal 15minutes of fame, when I was interviewed by
Irving, Texas's local television station!
