at my Frisco home / studio.
About Beejae:
Beejae received her BFA and teacher certification as an all-level art teacher
in 1970. She has taught elementary art in Plano ISD
and in Cincinnati over the past 20yrs.
Beejae had taught beginning watercolor classes on cruises and she is best known
for her flower, landscape, Texan and Native American themed artwork.

Congratulations to all of the accepted artists!
This year 131 artists entered 403 works of art in the 44th
Annual National River Road Show.
Thirty-one of these artists are from outside the state of Louisiana.
The juror, Judi Betts, selected 75 paintings produced by 75 artists from 18 states,
to be exhibited in the show at the Louisiana State Archives Gallery in Baton Rouge.

This year there were 2,500+ entries in the Pastel 100 Competition. At the end of the day, and with the help of five category jurors the entries were narrowed down to the top 100. I am pleased to announce
that my painting "Strawberry Fusion"
was awarded Honorable Mention in the category of Floral & Still Life. I am honored that this
is my second year listed amongst the top 100 pastel artist in the Nation!
