I'm feeling "Tropical" in the studio this weekend! Maybe it's the Texas heat!
My mind has transformed the Texas heat into a more tropical climate.
The weather reminds me of our recent trip to Belize.
Here is the Beauty I found in the Heat!!!
On the palette this week is (above) Bird of Paradise pastel painting
and (below) a Turaco Bird pastel painting.

I think I will continue this theme for the rest of this week!
And experiment with different paper surfaces.
